Cookie policy
Detailed information on the use of cookies in accordance with the Italian Data Protection Authority resolution of 8 May 2014 and EU Regulation 2016/679.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that websites send to users' devices, where they are stored to be sent back during subsequent visits. They make it possible to gather information about browsing preferences to improve the user experience and provide personalized services.
2. Types of cookies we use
- Strictly necessary technical cookies: essential for the site to function correctly, to remember browsing choices (such as the selected language), and to document the consent provided. They do not require user consent.
- Performance/analytics cookies: collect aggregated information on how the site is used in order to improve content. They are installed only with the user's consent; at present no third-party analytics cookies are active.
- Profiling and marketing cookies: used to track users and deliver personalised content or targeted campaigns, installed only after explicit consent. This category includes the embedded Behance (Adobe) portfolio content, which is loaded only after marketing cookies are allowed.

Behance iframes remain blocked until you give consent to marketing cookies. Any new analytics or marketing cookies will only be enabled after consent has been given and will be listed in this section and in the Preference Centre.
4. Managing consent
When you first visit the site a banner lets you accept all cookies, refuse the non-essential ones, or manage preferences in detail through the Preference Centre. The choices you make are saved in your browser (cookies and local storage) and in our systems so they are honoured on subsequent visits; you can update them at any time by clicking the "Manage cookies" button in the footer.
Behance embeds are activated only after marketing cookies are allowed; you can enable them from the portfolio buttons or through the Preference Centre.
5. Manually disabling cookies
You can configure your browser to automatically reject cookies or delete them. Below are links to the instructions provided by the main browsers:
Disabling technical cookies may compromise certain functions of the site.
6. Storage duration
Session technical cookies are deleted when you close the browser. Persistent cookies last for up to 12 months, after which the consent banner will reappear so you can confirm or update your preferences.
7. Transfers to third countries
Any transfers of data collected via cookies to third countries will be made in accordance with Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR, adopting the necessary safeguards and verifying the adequacy of the destination country.
8. Cookie policy updates
Seen Studio reserves the right to update this cookie policy to reflect regulatory or technical changes. Updates will be communicated by publishing the new version on the site. The date of the last update is shown below.
